  • 1.1 By proceeding with PineApp Tech, you confirm that you have read, understood, and consented to these terms and conditions.
  • 1.2 These terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes in policies, operations, or legal requirements.
  • 1.3 PineApp Tech reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these terms at its discretion.

• 2.0 Specific Terms

  • 2.1 Client refers to any business or individual who subscribes to or uses the PineApp Tech platform.
  • 2.2 Partner refers to any entity entering into an official business relationship with Pine Business Grow to support its operations.
  • 2.3 Agreement refers to any legally binding arrangement between PineApp Tech and a client or partner.
  • 2.4 Service refers to the business management tools provided by PineApp Tech, including ERP functionalities such as POS, Accounting, and HR Systems.

• 3.0 Confidentiality

  • 3.1 PineApp Tech values the confidentiality of its clients and partners and commits to safeguarding all personal and business data provided.
  • 3.2 Information collected will be used solely for providing and improving the service and will not be shared without prior consent, except as required by law.
  • 3.3 Any request to make specific client information public will require explicit written consent from the client or partner.

• 4.0 Agreements with Partners/Clients

  • 4.1 Partnerships or agreements will only commence upon execution of a written agreement signed by both parties.
  • 4.2 Each party involved in an agreement will retain a copy of the executed document.
  • 4.3 Any disputes arising from an agreement will first be addressed through amicable negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes will be resolved through an independent arbitrator or by a court in the jurisdiction where the matter arose.

• 5.0 Use of Services

  • 5.1 PineApp Tech provides tools to manage business operations, including point-of-sale (POS) systems, accounting features, and HR management.
  • 5.2 Clients are solely responsible for the accuracy of data entered into the system and for adhering to applicable laws regarding business operations.
  • 5.3 PineApp Tech reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform if these terms are violated.

• 6.0 Data Protection

  • 6.1 PineApp Tech adheres to applicable data protection laws, including the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR).
  • 6.2 All personal and business data collected will be encrypted and securely stored.
  • 6.3 Clients and partners may request access to, rectification of, or deletion of their data by contacting PineApp Tech support.

• 7.0 Limitation of Liability

  • 7.1 PineApp Tech is not liable for losses resulting from client misuse of the platform or third-party integrations.
  • 7.2 PineApp Tech will not indemnify clients for damages caused by their negligence or misuse of the service.
  • 7.3 Nothing in these terms limits PineApp Tech’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence.

• 8.0 Termination of Services

  • 8.1 Clients or partners may terminate their relationship with Pine Business Grow by providing written notice.
  • 8.2 PineApp Tech reserves the right to terminate access to the platform for non-compliance with these terms or for unlawful activities.
  • 8.3 Upon termination, clients’ data will be securely archived or deleted according to data protection laws and company policies.

• 9.0 Dispute Resolution

  • 9.1 Disputes arising from the use of PineApp Tech’s services or agreements with partners will first be resolved through amicable negotiations.
  • 9.2 If negotiations fail, disputes will be referred to an independent arbitrator chosen by the parties.
